D.U.I. - You can't afford it

As if this is really installed as a street sign. There is nothing wrong with the message, only the delivery. The DOT should not be responsible for maintaining this sign; it should be on a billboard or other advertising medium. After all, this sign clearly is meant as a reminder and not as a regulation.
