Caution; Speed bump cars backing out of bays

Nice use of one sign blank to get two messages across. The use of red background with white lettering is supposed to be reserved for Stop signs. Additionally, a yellow background implies caution whereas a white background implies regulation (and cautions are not regulations). I also like this group of signs because it's so restrictive.
